This legally binding agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

**Papa's Package LLC**, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business in Dover, Delaware ("Papa's Package," "we," "us," or "the Company"), operator of the website and services at https://www.papaspackage.com

and

the undersigned individual(s) ("Content Star," "you," or "Creator").

This Agreement ensures compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and all applicable federal, state, and international laws governing adult content production and distribution. It supplements (and does not replace) the Content Provider Agreement, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Content Removal / Takedown & Appeals Policy.

**Digital acceptance:** When you accept this Agreement in Creator Studio (checkbox), we record your user id, the document version, content hash, IP address (if available), user agent, and timestamp. That digital acceptance is binding and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature for purposes of accessing and using the Service as a content provider. A blank, printable form is available as a PDF download for multi-performer physical records or offline files.

**No public 2257 custodian statement by the platform:** Papa's Package operates as a UGC hosting platform. We do not publish a public Custodian of Records statement for third-party uploads. Content Stars who produce actual sexually explicit content remain solely responsible for 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping where applicable.

Content Star Information (printable form fields)

For digital acceptance in-product, identity fields may be collected through Studio verification and tax / KYC tools rather than this blank form. For multi-performer or offline records, complete:

• Full Legal Name
• Alias / Stage Name (if applicable)
• Date of Birth / Age at time of signing
• Government-issued photo ID type and number (Driver's License, Passport, or other)
• Permanent address, phone, and email

1. Consent & Acknowledgment

By accepting this Agreement (digitally or by signature), the Content Star certifies that:

• All information provided is accurate, truthful, and complete.
• Any falsification may result in civil and/or criminal penalties and immediate termination of access to the Service.
• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher).
• You have read, understand, and agree to this Agreement, the Content Provider Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Content Removal / Takedown & Appeals Policy.

2. Legal Compliance & Sworn Statements

2.1 Sworn Statement by Content Star

UNDER 28 U.S.C. § 1746 AND UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY, I swear that:

• All identification documents submitted are valid, lawfully obtained, unaltered, and belong to me.
• Every person depicted in any content I upload or cause to be uploaded to Papa's Package is at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• I have obtained (and will retain) written consent from every identifiable person depicted in the content authorizing:
• Depiction in the content
• Public distribution of the content
• Upload and display of the content on Papa's Package
• Download of the content by other users where download functionality is offered
• I am solely responsible for creating, maintaining, and producing upon lawful request all records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations for any content I produce or upload.
• I will provide supporting identity and age-verification documents to Papa's Package upon reasonable request for compliance or investigation purposes.

2.2 Multi-performer content

When you upload content featuring other adults, you must either: (a) have each additional person complete this release (or an equivalent written release), or (b) retain equivalent written consents and be able to produce them on request. The Content Provider Agreement requires the same; this form makes the obligation explicit and usable for physical files.

3. Terms & Conditions

3.1 Ownership & Rights

• The Content Star retains full ownership of the original content created.
• Papa's Package does not claim ownership of User Content and acts solely as a hosting and distribution platform under the limited license granted below and in the Terms of Service / Content Provider Agreement.

3.2 Grant of Limited License

The Content Star grants Papa's Package a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and limited license to host, store, reproduce (for formatting, transcoding, and thumbnails), display, perform, distribute, and otherwise use the content solely as necessary to operate, improve, promote, and secure the Service, including feeds, search, profiles, messaging, paid access, and paid promotions.

This license continues for as long as the content remains on the Service and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal compliance, and dispute handling. It does not transfer ownership.

3.3 Compliance with Laws

All content must comply with federal, state, and international laws governing adult content, including but not limited to age verification, consent, record-keeping, and prohibited categories listed in the Terms of Service (Section 6 – Acceptable Use / Prohibited Content).

3.4 Indemnification

The Content Star agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Papa's Package LLC, its affiliates, members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Breach of this Agreement or the Content Provider Agreement
• Any content uploaded, distributed, or monetized by the Content Star
• Failure to maintain required 2257 records or obtain proper consents
• Violations of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights of any person

This indemnification extends to third-party claims, regulatory actions, and law-enforcement investigations.

3.5 Force Majeure

Papa's Package shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes.

3.6 Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, consistent with the Terms of Service. Nothing in this Agreement creates a conflicting arbitration venue; the dispute-resolution and venue terms in the Terms of Service control.

4. DMCA & Copyright Compliance

Papa's Package complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and follows the notice-and-takedown procedure described in the Terms of Service and the Content Removal / Takedown & Appeals Policy.

• Valid DMCA notices should be sent to **dmca@papaspackage.com** or **legal@papaspackage.com**.
• Content will be removed or disabled expeditiously upon receipt of a complete and valid notice.
• Counter-notification and repeat-infringer policies are as published in the Content Removal / Takedown & Appeals Policy.

5. Complaints & Appeals

Complaints regarding content that may be illegal or that violates platform Standards may be submitted via:

• In-product reporting tools

• The procedures set out in the Content Removal / Takedown & Appeals Policy at https://www.papaspackage.com/legal/content-removal

**Resolution timeline (aligned with CCBill requirements):** All reported complaints of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the Standards will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days. Acknowledgment of receipt and the outcome of the investigation will be provided.

Appeals may be submitted within thirty (30) days of a decision as described in the Content Removal / Takedown & Appeals Policy. Any person depicted in content may appeal for removal; if the investigation determines that consent was not given or is void under applicable law, the content will be removed. Remaining disagreements may be referred to a neutral third-party body for resolution.

6. International Laws & Regulations

Papa's Package and Content Stars are expected to comply with applicable laws, including:

**United States** - 18 U.S.C. § 2257 – Age verification and record-keeping (Content Star responsibility for content they produce) - DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) - CCPA / CPRA (California privacy)

**European Union / UK** - GDPR / UK GDPR - Digital Services Act (where applicable)

**Global** - Berne Convention and WIPO Copyright Treaty principles for copyright

7. Final Acknowledgment

**Content Star (digital or wet signature)**

By accepting digitally in the product, or by signing a printed copy of this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all sections above under penalty of perjury where stated.

**Papa's Package LLC – Admin / Compliance Approval** (internal use only; not required for digital creator acceptance)

Internal staff may record review of uploaded multi-performer releases separately from this platform acceptance.
