Fan terms summary

This is a short guide for fans. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy still control if anything conflicts.

Age

You must be 18 or older. The age gate is a material condition of access. Public Explore previews are not shown until you attest.

Pricing

• Creators set their own subscription tier prices and pay-per-view amounts. Typical paid tiers start around $5, $15, and $50 per month.
• Public posts are free. Tips and unlocks are optional one-time charges shown before you pay.
• The platform's creator fee (18% all-in standard; founding 16%) is charged to the creator, not added as a separate fan checkout tax.

Billing

• Subscriptions, unlocks, tips, and promotions are charged through an adult payment processor once checkout is connected. We do not name that processor until then.

Refunds & cancellation

• Cancel a subscription at any time in Subscriptions to stop further billing.
• Billing and refund questions: hello@papaspackage.com.
• Digital unlocks, tips, and paid messages are handled case-by-case. We do not advertise that purchases are non-refundable.

Chargebacks

• Contact support or the processor before filing a dispute when you have a billing question.
• False or abusive chargebacks may result in account termination and loss of access.
• We retain order records to respond to legitimate disputes.

Prohibited fan behavior

• Harassment, threats, doxxing, or illegal requests to creators
• Attempting to obtain content involving anyone under 18
• Payment fraud, stolen cards, or chargeback abuse
• Sharing account credentials to evade bans or age gates

Card-network and payment-processor rules may add consumer rights that we honor as required.
