Age Verification, Consent, Monitoring & Compliance Policy

This is the current published policy for age and identity, consent, content review, records, reports, and takedowns. It does not establish that every control is complete, that a provider has approved the Service, or that counsel has signed off. It supplements the Terms of Service, Content Provider Agreement, Model Release & 2257 Compliance Agreement, and Content Removal / Takedown & Appeals Policy.
1. Age and Identity Verification
**Creators.** Every creator must submit a government-issued photo identification document through Studio → Verify ID. Trained staff review the document before the account may monetize. We may add a specialized third-party identity-verification vendor as volume requires. Refusal or failure to complete verification is grounds to deny or remove creator privileges.
**Persons depicted.** Creators remain responsible for verifying that every person depicted is eighteen (18) or older and for retaining supporting identification and consent records, including for co-performers. We may collect copies of those records (Studio → Records) and may remove content if records are missing, incomplete, or unreliable.
**Fans.** The current age gate uses self-attestation and a cookie; that alone may not satisfy laws applicable to every location or content surface. Before allowing access to adult content in any jurisdiction that requires stronger age assurance, the Company will use a lawful method that satisfies counsel-approved requirements or restrict access from that jurisdiction until it can do so. The Company may require age verification by a method that minimizes the data collected and may deny access if verification is not completed. The Privacy Policy must accurately describe any age or identity data collected and its retention.
Creators are responsible for ensuring that every person depicted is 18 years of age or older and for providing supporting documentation upon request.
2. Documented Consent
Clear, unambiguous, and documented written consent from all individuals depicted in the content is required before publication. This documentation must:
- Authorize depiction, public distribution, upload to the Service, and (where applicable) download by other users;
- Be retained by the Content Star / creator; and
- Be readily available for review by Papa's Package, our acquirer, or card networks upon request.
Failure to produce required consent or age records may result in immediate content removal and account action.

**Platform practice:** Creators retain full multi-performer consent / 2257 files and produce them on demand. Creators may also upload releases and related records in Studio → Records. We may request additional copies for compliance investigations.
3. Pre-screening and Monitoring
- All uploaded content is reviewed before publication, including profile photos and creator posts. New posts and profile photos are subject to automated screening (including hash matching against known CSAM when PhotoDNA is configured, and keyword / metadata checks) and human review. They are not shown to other users until staff approve them.
- We do not currently offer live streaming. If we enable live or real-time features, we will monitor that content to detect and immediately remove non-compliant material.
- High-risk categories (CSAM, non-consensual content, trafficking indicators, etc.) receive priority and expedited handling.
- Users and staff may report content via in-product tools; staff queues process reports under the timelines in Section 5 and the Content Removal Policy.
4. Record Keeping
We maintain records of identity and consent verification documents that come into our possession, together with monthly reports of all flagged content, complaints, and actions taken, for the minimum period required by card-network rules and applicable law. Creators remain solely responsible for creating and retaining full 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records for content they produce.
4.1 Custodian of Records statement (18 U.S.C. § 2257)
Papa's Package is a user-generated-content hosting platform operated by **Papa's Package LLC**, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business in Dover, Delaware.
**Third-party uploads.** Where 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or § 2257A applies to content a creator produces, that creator is responsible for the required records and for designating a custodian when the law requires one. Papa's Package LLC holds copies of identity documents and releases creators submit, reviews posts before publication, and will produce the copies it holds in response to a lawful request. This policy does not decide whether the company is a producer or a custodian. Copyright notices go to the designated agent at /legal/content-removal, not to the records address below.
**Platform records.** For records that Papa's Package LLC itself creates or holds in the ordinary course of operating the Service (including creator identity-verification documents submitted to us, copies of releases that creators upload to Studio → Records, legal-acceptance logs, and complaint / takedown files), inquiries may be directed to:

5. Reporting and Takedown Procedures
Complaint Process
Anyone may report content that may be illegal or that violates our Standards by:
- Using in-product reporting tools, or
- Emailing **legal@papaspackage.com** or **hello@papaspackage.com**, or
- Contacting the National Human Trafficking Hotline (details below).
Prompt Action
All reported complaints of content that may be illegal or that violates our Standards will be reviewed and resolved within **five (5) business days**. High-risk categories (CSAM, NCII, trafficking, imminent harm) are acted on **immediately or the same day**. If content is found to be non-compliant or illegal, it is removed immediately (or sooner when risk is high).
Appeals Process
Individuals depicted in content may appeal the removal of content or report content where consent is disputed. If a disagreement regarding consent remains after internal review, the matter may be referred to a neutral third party for resolution **at Papa's Package's expense**.

6. Consequences of Violation
Any content creator, user, or other party found to be in violation of this policy, the Terms of Service, or the Content Provider Agreement will face immediate and decisive action, including:
- Immediate removal of all associated content;
- Permanent suspension or termination of their account / contract;
- Reporting of the violation to relevant law-enforcement authorities and to our financial partners / acquirers.
