Age Verification, Consent, Monitoring & Compliance Policy
**Papa's Package LLC** Dover, Delaware, United States **Effective:** 2026-08-04 **Version:** 1.0.0
This policy describes how Papa's Package verifies age and identity, obtains documented consent, screens and monitors content, maintains records, handles reports and takedowns, and responds to violations. It supports compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, card-network rules, and applicable law. It supplements the Terms of Service, Content Provider Agreement, Model Release & 2257 Compliance Agreement, and Content Removal / Takedown & Appeals Policy.
1. Age and Identity Verification
We use specialized third-party identity verification services and/or internal government-issued photo ID review to verify the identity and legal age of:
- Every individual who uploads content to the platform (creators), and
- Every individual depicted in content, to the extent required by applicable law and processor rules (creators remain responsible for co-performer documentation unless and until we collect it directly).
Creators must complete government-issued photo ID verification (or equivalent third-party process) before monetizing and, where required, before publishing adult content. Creators are responsible for ensuring that every person depicted is 18 years of age or older and for providing supporting documentation upon request.
Studio → Verify ID is the current product path for creator government ID submission and staff review.
2. Documented Consent
Clear, unambiguous, and documented written consent from all individuals depicted in the content is required before publication. This documentation must:
- Authorize depiction, public distribution, upload to the Service, and (where applicable) download by other users;
- Be retained by the Content Star / creator; and
- Be readily available for review by Papa's Package, our acquirer, or card networks upon request.
Failure to produce required consent or age records may result in immediate content removal and account action.
See the Adult Content Model Release & 2257 Compliance Agreement at /legal/model-release (digital acceptance for creators; printable form for multi-performer physical records).
**Platform practice:** Creators retain full multi-performer consent / 2257 files and produce them on demand, unless we later enable optional upload of releases into Studio. We may request copies for compliance investigations.
3. Pre-screening and Monitoring
- All content is subject to pre-screening and review before (or promptly upon) publication to ensure compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
- We actively monitor live-streamed or real-time content (when that feature is enabled) to detect and immediately remove non-compliant material.
- High-risk categories (CSAM, non-consensual content, trafficking indicators, etc.) receive priority and expedited handling.
- Users and staff may report content via in-product tools; staff queues process reports under the timelines in Section 5 and the Content Removal Policy.
4. Record Keeping
We maintain records of identity and consent verification documents that come into our possession, together with monthly reports of all flagged content, complaints, and actions taken, for the minimum period required by card-network rules and applicable law. Creators remain solely responsible for creating and retaining full 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records for content they produce.
Papa's Package does **not** publish a public Custodian of Records statement for third-party UGC; Content Stars who produce actual sexually explicit content remain the primary record-keepers for that content.
5. Reporting and Takedown Procedures
Complaint Process
Anyone may report content that may be illegal or that violates our Standards by:
- Using in-product reporting tools, or
- Emailing **legal@papaspackage.com** or **hello@papaspackage.com**, or
- Contacting the National Human Trafficking Hotline (details below).
Prompt Action
All reported complaints of content that may be illegal or that violates our Standards will be reviewed and resolved within **seven (7) business days**. High-risk categories (CSAM, NCII, trafficking, imminent harm) are acted on **immediately or the same day**. If content is found to be non-compliant or illegal, it is removed immediately (or sooner when risk is high).
Appeals Process
Individuals depicted in content may appeal the removal of content or report content where consent is disputed. If a disagreement regarding consent remains after internal review, the matter may be referred to a neutral third party for resolution **at Papa's Package's expense**.

- Immediate removal of all associated content;
- Permanent suspension or termination of their account / contract;
- Reporting of the violation to relevant law-enforcement authorities and to our financial partners / acquirers.
